Contract Furniture for Hotels and Restaurants
Contract furniture is seating, tables, guest room pieces and counters built for commercial use, where a single chair is used all day long. Seven subcategories cover a hospitality project from the lobby to the reception desk, so you can specify the whole scheme from one manufacturer.

Lobby & Lounge Seating
Hotel lobby furniture is the seating a guest meets first and sits in longest: seating islands, lobby sofas, lounge chairs and ottomans.
- 02
Banquette & Booth Seating
Banquette seating is the fixed bench seating that runs along a restaurant wall with the tables set in front of it; booths and low benches belong to the same family.
- 03
Restaurant Chairs
A restaurant chair is commercial seating that is pulled out, pushed in, wiped down and often stacked many times a day, so it needs a strong frame and durable upholstery.

Commercial bar stools and high tables are the seating for a bar counter and for standing-height tables; counter stools serve lower counters.
- 05
Restaurant Tables
A restaurant table is a commercial dining table built for heavy service, constant wiping and frequent rearranging.
- 06
Hotel Guest Room
Hotel guest room furniture is the full room fit-out: headboard, bed, nightstands, luggage bench, minibar cabinet, desk and TV unit, all in one finish and fabric.
- 07
Reception Desks & Bar Counters
A hotel reception desk is the main counter where guests are welcomed and staff work; a bar counter is where the bartender works and guests sit.
Specifying hospitality furniture from one manufacturer
On a hotel refurbishment or a new restaurant, the FF&E schedule often ends up split across a long list of suppliers. Deliveries wait on each other and fabrics never quite match. Working with one manufacturer pulls that back together: the lobby sofa, the booth and the guest room headboard share one fabric library, one set of timber tones and one quotation.
The seven subcategories follow the guest's route through the building. Lobby and lounge seating covers seating islands, modular sofas and lounge chairs. Banquette and booth seating sets up the long seating runs along a restaurant wall. Restaurant chairs, bar stools with high tables, and restaurant tables each have their own pages. Hotel guest room furniture runs from headboards to minibar cabinets and full room sets, and reception desks with bar counters finish the list.
Upholstery is available in Crib 5 (BS 5852) or CAL 117 rated fabrics; the test report ships with the fabric batch. A test report to the contract seating standard EN 16139 is prepared on request. Our fabric library runs up to 100,000 Martindale rubs; for lobbies and restaurants we recommend the highest grade. We work with customer's own material (COM) and state the required yardage with the quote.
We run our own factory in Modoko, Istanbul, where the factory-made pieces are built; a few items come through our sourcing programme from manufacturers we have chosen. Before production we build a full-size sample or a mock-up room, and the series does not start until you approve it. Shipping is quoted FOB Istanbul, CIF or DDP.
Mock-up room programme
Mock-up room programme: before the series we build one room or one seating group to the approved drawing; you sign it off on site or by video, and the series starts after that approval.
Request a mock-up roomFrequently asked questions
- Is there a minimum order quantity for contract furniture?
- There is no fixed minimum for factory-made products; the quantity is stated per quote. A small restaurant's chairs and a multi-storey hotel's fit-out are priced the same way. For items from our sourcing programme, any quantity condition is written into the quote.
- Which fabric standards do hotel specifications ask for?
- Most hotel specifications ask for a fire and abrasion rating. Upholstery is available in Crib 5 (BS 5852) or CAL 117 rated fabrics, and the test report ships with the fabric batch. A report to the contract seating standard EN 16139 is prepared on request.
- Can we see a sample or mock-up room before production?
- Yes. We build a full-size sample or a mock-up room before the series, so fabric, timber tone and dimensions are fixed with your approval. Production does not start until that approval is in hand.
- How do you ship abroad?
- We quote FOB Istanbul as standard, with CIF or DDP on request. Packing and container planning follow the delivery point of the project. Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote.
- Can size, fabric and finish be adapted to our project?
- Yes, size, fabric and finish are set to the project. You can also send your own fabric; we work with customer's own material (COM) and state the required yardage with the quote. Warranty terms are stated in the quote.
