Furnishing a new home room by room, from different shops, is how a house ends up with five furniture languages. We design the whole home from your floor plans, produce every room in one run in our Istanbul factory, and deliver it to your door in the EU without customs duty.
What Is Included
Every Room, One Material Language
Because one factory makes every piece, the walnut of the dining table, the wardrobe fronts and the TV wall come from the same wood and the same finishing line. The home reads as one design, not a collection of purchases.
Living and Dining
Sofas and armchairs sized to the room, coffee and side tables, dining table and chairs, sideboards and bar cabinets.
Bedrooms
Beds and upholstered headboards, bedside units, dressing tables, wardrobes and walk-in closets planned to each room.
Fixed Joinery
TV and media walls, wall panelling, built-in storage and hidden doors, produced with the furniture so grain and finish match.
Design and 3D
Room-by-room layout and 3D renders from your floor plans, with material and fabric samples approved before production.
Kitchens, appliances, lighting, curtains and rugs are outside our scope. The layout leaves the right space and connections for them, so your other suppliers can work to the same plan.
From Floor Plan to Furnished Home
- Floor plans and brief. Send your plans, photos and how you live in the home. Video calls replace site visits when you are abroad.
- Layout and 3D. Our design studio prepares the room-by-room layout and 3D renders; material, fabric and finish samples are approved before production.
- One production run. Every room is produced together in our Istanbul factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, in two to three months.
- Delivery and installation. One consignment by road or container, packed and labelled room by room, installed by our team or your local installer from our assembly drawings.
Customs, VAT and Paperwork
Furniture moves from Turkey into the EU under the EU-Turkey customs union, so no customs duty applies. The shipment travels with an A.TR movement certificate that we issue with the export documents; the import VAT of your country is paid on arrival, as with any purchase.
Outside the EU, for example in the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we supply the proof of origin your customs broker needs to apply the correct treatment. Buying in the US instead? Our US tariff guide keeps the current duty layers, dated and sourced.

Do I pay customs duty on furniture from Turkey delivered to the EU?
No customs duty applies to furniture moving from Turkey into the EU under the EU-Turkey customs union; the goods travel with an A.TR movement certificate, which we issue with the export documents. Import VAT of the destination country still applies, as it does to any purchase.
What does a whole-home package include?

Do we need an interior designer?
No, but you can bring one. Send your floor plans and photos, and our design studio prepares the room-by-room layout and 3D renders for your approval. If you already work with a designer, we produce from their drawings.
How long does it take to furnish a whole home?
Production for a whole home runs two to three months after the layout, samples and finishes are approved, followed by delivery and installation. Larger or multi-unit projects are scheduled individually.
How is the furniture delivered and installed?
The whole home ships in one consignment by road or container, packed room by room and labelled to match the layout. Installation is done by our team or by your local installer working from our assembly drawings, whichever suits the location.
We are a developer furnishing several units. Does this work for us?
Yes. For multiple units we standardise the furniture per unit type, keep one material and finish language across the building, and phase production and delivery to your handover dates. Pricing is per project; send the unit mix and plans for a current quote.
