Your Collection, Our Factory
You design and sell the line; we develop, prototype and produce it in our own factory in Istanbul, then repeat it batch after batch to the same technical file. Upholstery, casegoods, tables and wardrobes, under your brand.

From Tech Pack to Repeat Orders
- NDA and tech pack. We sign the NDA, then review your drawings, target materials and price position, and flag anything that changes cost or durability.
- Prototype. One sample per model, produced in our factory and adjusted until you approve it. The approved sample becomes the reference for every batch.
- Pilot batch. A first run in real quantities, packed and labelled as your customers will receive it, often sharing a container across models.
- Repeat production. Reorders built to the locked technical file under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, with the same materials and finishes.
Buying for one project rather than a product line? That is contract furniture manufacturing. Selling into the US? Check the current US furniture tariffs for goods from Turkey first; stone tables and casegoods sit on a lower duty layer than upholstered wooden seating.
Why Brands Produce in Turkey
For European brands the case is structural: furniture moves between Turkey and the EU without customs duty under the customs union, and Istanbul is a short road or sea trip from European markets. For design-led lines the second reason matters as much: upholstery, joinery, stone and brass work sit in one city, and upholstery and joinery sit under our own roof.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. The factory that makes your prototype makes your repeat orders, and the people who approve your sample are the people who run the line.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between private label and contract manufacturing?
Contract manufacturing usually means one project, such as a hotel or an office, produced once to a specification. Private label means your own product line, sold under your brand and reordered over time. Private label needs a stable technical file and repeatable quality from batch to batch, which is how we set it up from the prototype onwards.
Do you accept small first orders?
Yes. Because production is made to order, a new line can start with a pilot batch, and different models can share one container. Volumes then grow with your sell-through rather than a fixed minimum set on day one.
Can we supply our own fabric or leather?
Yes, customer's own material is accepted. Send the fabric or leather with its technical data; we confirm usage per piece during prototyping, so repeat orders are cut from a known quantity.
How do you protect our designs?
We sign an NDA before your drawings are shared. Products made under your label are not shown in our portfolio or social channels without your written approval.
What duties apply when we import from Turkey?
Into the EU, furniture moves without customs duty under the EU-Turkey customs union, with an A.TR movement certificate; only import VAT applies. For the UK we supply the proof of origin your broker needs. For the US, see our dated guide to the current tariff layers. We handle export documentation in-house on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
How long do prototypes and production take?
A prototype takes about six weeks once drawings and materials are fixed. Production batches are set per project once the scope is fixed, and repeat orders of an approved model are faster because the technical file is already locked.
