Dining Tables

A dining table isn't furniture, it's the family gathering point. We've been making tables in Modoko for 45 years, and here's what I know: a good dining table lasts 20 years. A bad one starts wobbling in 3.

For marble-top tables, we source Afyon White, Emperador and Calacatta. Marble is heavy, a 180 cm table weighs roughly 90 kg. That's why base construction is critical. We produce 4mm thick brass or stainless steel legs with vibration dampening pads. For solid wood tables, we use oak or walnut, minimum 4 cm thickness.

Our extension mechanism is German-engineered. Opens with one hand, an extra leaf slides in. A 6-person table becomes 10-person in seconds.
