Discovery & Brief
Site visit (or virtual walkthrough), stakeholder interviews, lifestyle and brand brief. Output: written brief and budget bracket.
Concept & 3D Design
Floor plans, look-and-feel direction, photorealistic 3D renders and walkthrough. Output: signed concept package.
Material & FF&E Curation
Stone, timber, fabric/leather and lighting selections from physical sample boards, plus the furniture specification list. Output: material board and FF&E schedule.
Production & Procurement
In-house custom furniture manufacturing in Modoko, plus curated procurement for items we do not produce. Output: factory acceptance and shipment plan.
Installation & Handover
On-site installation, styling, snag-list, professional photo and handover. Output: keys-in-hand, ready-to-occupy interior.
