Material & FF&E Curation
Stone, timber, fabric/leather and lighting selections from 300+ samples, plus furniture specification list. Output: material board and FF&E schedule.
Production & Procurement
In-house custom furniture manufacturing in Modoko, plus curated procurement for items we do not produce. Output: factory acceptance and shipment plan.
