Can I visit your Modoko production facility as an architect or procurement manager?
Yes. Architect and procurement manager visits are encouraged, see active production, meet our craftsmen, sample physical materials. We coordinate hotel suggestions in Atasehir/Modoko area, transportation logistics, and 2-3 day itinerary including Modoko district overview. Schedule with 5+ business days notice.
Do you offer designer collaboration or NDA-protected custom design?
Yes. NDA available before brief sharing. Designer collaboration workflow: brief intake → 3D revision (3-5 rounds free) → sample production → batch run. We can co-brand projects with the designer for press release purposes if requested. No upfront design fee for confirmed production projects above $100K.
What is the lead time for hospitality FF&E contract projects?
Typical 8-16 weeks depending on scope. 100-room hotel: ~12 weeks from design approval. Boutique 20-50 room: 6-8 weeks. Italian premium manufacturers average 16-22 weeks lead, our production facility 10-14 weeks for equivalent quality. Reasons: in-house production control, local material supply, no factory queue.
Which fire and durability standards can you meet for hospitality projects?
Archidecors holds ISO 9001 (production quality system). On request we source CAL 117-compliant fabrics (US California, common on Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt operator briefs) and Crib 5 / BS 5852-compliant fabrics (UK + EU, IHG/Accor briefs), with FIRA-tested components and IMO FTP Code-compliant materials for marine/cruise hospitality available on request. We test upholstery to 100,000+ Martindale for high-traffic contract use. Fire-lot certificates are issued at fabric-lot level, not as a company-wide certificate.
