Image and Design Rights

The product and project photographs, scene images and product texts on this site, and the designs of the furniture models we design and manufacture ourselves, belong to Archidecors. Photographs are protected as works under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Presenting our products as another company's products is unfair competition under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. Design and trademark rights fall under the Industrial Property Law No. 6769.

- Download our images and use them on another website, marketplace, social media account or catalogue - Crop the images, remove their watermark or invisible identifier, or recolour and republish them - Offer our products for sale under another name or product code, as if they were your own - Use our brand or model names to promote another company's products

The publication dates and original files of our images are on record, and our new images carry an identifier that cannot be seen. We search the web for copies regularly. When we find one, our date and file records show whose image came first.

- We send a removal notice to the publishing site and its hosting provider, and take legal action if the content is not removed - We file copyright removal requests with search engines and social networks - We sue for damages and for an injunction against unfair competition We support our notices with timestamped records and, where needed, notarised evidence.

Press, architects, interior designers and students can ask to use our images with credit. Write to info@archidecors.com with the image, where it will appear and why; we grant written permission for suitable uses.

If you have seen our products or images used elsewhere without permission, send the link to info@archidecors.com. Reports are kept confidential.
