Custom FF&E Capability for Resorts & Experiential Hospitality
A resort is not one room repeated. Arrival, lounge, suite, pool deck, restaurant and spa each ask for a different build, a different material logic and a different level of exposure. We produce all of these from a single Modoko factory, which keeps the design language consistent from the lobby a guest walks into to the daybed on the deck and the headboard in the suite.

- Brief and fit. You send the property type, zones in scope, quantities or room count, design intent and target opening date. We respond with a capability fit assessment and material recommendations for the environment.
- Design and samples. Technical drawings and 3D visuals, then finish and fabric sampling, signed off before the main run.
- Production in Modoko. Made to order in our own Istanbul factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, frames and soft goods coordinated by one team.
- Export and delivery. We work on FOB, CIF or DDP incoterms, handle export documentation and HS tariff classification for the relevant furniture chapters, and partner with established freight forwarders.
