Yes. We build to your AutoCAD plans, elevations and shop drawings, or develop shop drawings from your design intent and submit them for sign-off before any material is cut. Production is made-to-spec to your dimensions, materials and finishes, with three-stage quality control and no MDF substitution without written approval. For hospitality and contract fit-outs we can source CAL TB 117 and BS 5852 Crib 5-compliant fabrics and fire-retardant foam to the standard your project specifies, and issue lot-level test reports with the relevant material batches.

A single piece or a single room takes about six weeks to produce. A whole home runs two to three months, and larger projects are scheduled individually. Before production, 3D revisions take 1-2 weeks once the brief is final; installation follows delivery. International projects add about 2 weeks of logistics.

There is no fixed minimum. We take on a single bespoke piece as readily as a full villa; what changes is the lead time and the logistics. Send the drawing or the room and you get a current quote for exactly that scope.

Yes, and we recommend it. You walk the carpentry and upholstery lines and meet the people who will build your piece. For architects and designers flying in, we suggest hotels near Modoko and arrange the transfer. Please book at least five business days ahead.

Yes. Outside Turkey we have delivered to UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, USA, UK, Greece and Italy. Logistics on FOB Istanbul, CIF or DDP terms. Container loading supervision, professional packing, on-site installation team optional.

Warranty is 2 years, covering structural integrity, mechanical components and wood joinery. Excluded: natural wear, user damage and environmental exposure (UV fading, finish behaviour in humid areas). The relationship does not end at two years: lifetime maintenance support covers delivery, repair and part renewal.

Solid walnut, oak, ash and beech for structural work. Calacatta, Carrara, Emperador, Volakas and travertine for stone surfaces. Metal: PVD-coated brass and stainless steel. A wide fabric library led by velvet, boucle, linen and leather, with Italian leather options. Hardware from Blum, Hettich and Hafele. MDF, chipboard and melamine do not enter a project without your written approval.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015; that is the one certificate we hold in our own name. Everything else is sourced to the standard your project specifies: CAL TB 117-2013 and BS 5852 Crib 5-compliant fabrics and fire-retardant foam, Martindale 100,000+ rub upholstery for high-traffic contract use, IMO-compliant materials for yacht work and FSC-sourced wood, all on request. Lot-level test reports travel with the relevant material batches.

We sign an NDA before you share the brief if you want one. The workflow is simple: brief session, 3D revisions until sign-off (three to five rounds are normal), physical sample, then production. Yes. A sample box with marble swatches, wood finish blocks, fabric cuts and brass finish chips usually ships within a week. You can also inspect materials at the showroom by appointment. For larger projects a prototype piece can be built first and its cost credited to the final order. 3D renders are included, with three to five revision rounds.

As of mid-2026: 30% on order confirmation, 40% on sample approval, 30% before shipment. Export projects can run on a letter of credit. International orders are invoiced in USD or EUR, domestic in TRY. Bank transfer is the norm; escrow is available on request for first-time international clients.
