Manufacturer Warranty
All Archidecors products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that may occur under normal use conditions.
What Is Covered
- Structural defects and joinery failures
- Material defects (wood, metal, fabric, leather)
- Mechanism malfunctions (folding systems, drawers)
- Upholstery and coating defects
- Paint and varnish defects
- Symmetry irregularities due to manufacturing
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or failure to follow care instructions
- Natural material changes (natural color change of wood, leather patina)
- Damage from external factors (water, heat, impacts)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage during transport (outside of professional delivery)
Filing a Warranty Claim

Please include your purchase date, product information, and a detailed description of the issue in your claim. If possible, attaching photos of the issue will help expedite the process.
Return Policy
Archidecors products are luxury segment custom-made furniture. Standard returns are not applicable for products manufactured with custom dimensions, materials, and design preferences. In case of any dissatisfaction with your products, please contact us so we can offer you the most suitable solution with our resolution-oriented approach.
Care Recommendations
To extend the life of your furniture and maintain your warranty coverage, please follow these care recommendations.
Wood Care
Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. You may apply wood care oil once a year. Use coasters for wet glasses and hot items.
Fabric Care
Vacuum regularly to remove dust. Blot stains immediately with a damp cloth, do not rub. Professional fabric cleaning is recommended once a year. Protect from direct sunlight.
Leather Care
Wipe with a soft cloth weekly. Apply leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Blot liquid spills immediately with an absorbent cloth. Keep away from sharp objects and direct heat sources.
Metal Care
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. Use specialized metal cleaners for chrome and brass surfaces. Take extra care in humid environments.
