Designer Program FAQ

How does the interior designer referral commission work?

You earn a project-specific referral commission on every referred project that converts to a sale. The rate is not a fixed percentage; it is agreed per project according to scope and size, the process is transparent, and payment is made once the project is completed and paid. Get in touch for the current commission framework.

How do I get access to the designer price list?

Fill in the application form; once we have confirmed your studio details we open the list and the sample library. The list is a framework, and a current project-specific quote is always prepared separately.

Is priority production available for designer projects?

Yes. Designer jobs move up the schedule at the Modoko factory. The delivery date is given in writing, and you receive photo updates at cutting, upholstery and installation, so there are no surprises on install day.

Do you provide 3D/2D technical drawings and product models?

Yes. Designers in the program receive AutoCAD-compatible 2D drawings, 3D product models and the material and colour sample library, so presentations and site work are built on real production data.

What is the minimum project scope?

We work from single-room projects to complete villas and hotels. Smaller scopes are welcome, but the program works best on multi-piece interior projects where custom furniture carries the room. We define the scope together and put the right framework in a current quote.
