Hotel guest room furniture is the full room fit-out: headboard, bed, nightstands, luggage bench, minibar cabinet, desk and TV unit, all in one finish and fabric. Casegoods can be ordered piece by piece or as a single room set on one BOQ line.

Keeping a whole room in one finish
If a nightstand drawer front differs by a few millimetres on a hundred-room hotel, the guest will not notice, but the operator will, and the difference is paid for again at every refurbishment. Buying hotel guest room furniture from one manufacturer is the simplest way to keep finish tone, fabric and dimensions identical across every room, so we build the room pieces within the same run.
The upholstered hotel headboard spans the wall with vertical stitched panels and hangs from behind. The upholstered bed sits on a solid timber frame with an open underside for cleaning. A single-drawer nightstand arrives with cable pass-through and a cut-out ready for power and USB. The luggage bench carries a rail that stands up to suitcase wheels, and the minibar cabinet includes ventilation, a tray shelf and a kettle zone. Desk, TV panel and minibar bay can run as one line, and the whole room can be quoted as one set.
Upholstery is available in Crib 5 (BS 5852) or CAL 117 rated fabrics; the test report ships with the fabric batch. A test report to the contract seating standard EN 16139 is prepared on request. We work with customer's own material (COM) and state the required yardage with the quote.
We build the room furniture in our own factory in Modoko, Istanbul. Before the series we build a full-size mock-up room and take your approval on finish and fabric; that approved room becomes the reference for the whole run. For export we quote FOB Istanbul, CIF or DDP. Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for hotel room furniture?
There is no fixed minimum for factory-made products; room count and piece quantities are stated per quote. A single sample room and a whole hotel are priced the same way.
Can the room set be quoted as one BOQ line?
Yes. Headboard, bed, two nightstands, luggage bench, desk and TV unit in the same finish and fabric can be quoted as one room set. If you prefer, each piece is listed separately.
Which fabric standards apply to guest room upholstery?

Can we approve a mock-up room before production?
Yes. We build a full-size mock-up room before the series, you check finish, fabric and dimensions in it, and production follows your approval. Production does not start without that approval, and changes to size, fabric or finish are far cheaper at sample stage than on the series.
Can size and finish be adapted, and how is delivery handled?
Yes, size, fabric and finish are set to the project. Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote, warranty terms are stated there, and shipping is quoted FOB Istanbul, with CIF or DDP on request.
