Amastris is a single-drawer hotel nightstand. It takes its name from Amastris, the ancient Black Sea city known today as Amasra in Bartın. The body is timber veneer. One wide drawer holds the things a guest keeps by the bed. A cable pass-through at the back and a ready cut-out on top for a socket and USB keep charging cables from dangling behind the unit. It goes in as a pair on either side of the bed and can be made in the same veneer as the headboard. A guest plugs in the phone and sleeps, and housekeeping has no loose cables to tidy. Veneer type and colour are chosen at order. Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote.
