Restaurant Tables

Alabanda is a round bistro table. A single pedestal sits on a heavy cast base and carries a marble or wood top. The name comes from Alabanda, the ancient city at Çine in Aydın province. We build it in our Istanbul factory. One pedestal instead of four legs leaves guests' legs free under the top. The cast base holds the table to the floor, so it does not rock when someone leans on its edge. Marble and wood tops both fit the same pedestal. Drawn for two seats, it does best inside a cafe, in a corner of a hotel lobby or in a narrow dining room. We choose the top material and the pedestal colour with you against the venue palette. Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote.

Our Design Studio takes a home, villa or hotel from floor plan to handover as one team: site survey, concept, photorealistic 3D visualisation, material selection, production in our own factory and installation on site. You see this piece in your room, in the finish you chose, before anything is made.

Carrara, Calacatta, Emperador, travertine and onyx: which marble suits which piece, how it compares with quartz and how often the surface needs sealing. Practical notes from our factory.
