Restaurant Tables, Bistro Tables and Table Bases
A restaurant table is a commercial dining table built for heavy service, constant wiping and frequent rearranging. Bistro tables seat two, communal tables seat a long shared run, and a table base system lets one metal leg carry several top materials.

Choosing the top and the base for a restaurant table
For restaurant tables the real question is usually the top. Marble looks sharp but wants care, solid oak is warm but picks up marks over time, and compact laminate gives service staff the least trouble. In practice an operator often uses all three in different parts of one restaurant, so we build the table range around that decision.
Square and rectangular restaurant tables come on a twin-column metal base and push together into longer runs. The round bistro table has a single pedestal on a heavy cast base and is the easiest answer for two guests. A communal table, with a thick solid oak top on metal U legs, turns a hotel breakfast room or a cafe into one long shared line. The table base system carries a compact, solid or marble top on the same metal leg, giving the project a single base standard.
When marble restaurant tables sit beside upholstered seating in the same scheme, fabric and colour are decided once. Upholstery is available in Crib 5 (BS 5852) or CAL 117 rated fabrics; the test report ships with the fabric batch. We work with customer's own material (COM) and state the required yardage with the quote.
We build the whole table range in our own factory in Modoko, Istanbul. Top, base and finish are seen together on one sample, and we make a full-size sample before the series and wait for your approval. For export we quote FOB Istanbul, CIF or DDP. Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for restaurant tables?
There is no fixed minimum for factory-made products; the quantity is stated per quote. A small cafe's tables and a restaurant group's roll-out are priced the same way. Where an item comes through our sourcing programme, any quantity condition is stated plainly in the quote, so you can budget up front.
Which top materials are available?
Compact laminate, solid oak and marble are the main options. We set top size, edge detail and finish to the project, and all three tops can sit on the same metal base system.
Can tables be pushed together?
Yes. Square and rectangular tables on twin-column bases come together into longer groups, and we adjust count and size to your floor plan. We confirm the detail in writing in the project quote, so you can check it against your specification.
Can we see a sample table before production?
Yes. We build a full-size sample before the series, so you approve top, base and finish together. Production does not start without that approval, and changes to size, fabric or finish are far cheaper at sample stage than on the series.
How are lead time, export and warranty written?
Lead time and quantities are confirmed in writing with the quote, and warranty terms are stated there. Shipping is quoted FOB Istanbul, with CIF or DDP on request. We plan packing and container loading to the delivery point of the project.
Need a different size or material?
Send the dimensions and a photo of the room; every piece here is made to order in our own factory.
