Hotel Lobby Tables: Coffee, Side and Console Tables
Hotel lobby tables are the pieces beside and in front of the seating that get used hundreds of times a day: coffee tables, side tables and wall consoles. We build them in our own factory in solid timber and veneer, with stone tops where they make sense. Size, timber tone and stone are adapted to the project.

Lobby tables built for glasses, suitcases and daily cleaning
A lobby table takes more knocks than the seating around it: glasses are set down, bags lean on it, suitcases bump it, and it is wiped every day. So we start with the edge and the surface. A thick rounded edge meets a knee or a suitcase without a sharp corner, a honed stone top that has been sealed keeps a glass ring on the surface rather than in the stone, and solid timber can be refinished over the years instead of wearing out.
The range has three types. Coffee tables sit in the middle of a seating group and carry magazines, books or brochures; some have open compartments, some stone tops, and there is a nesting pair. Side tables stand beside a seat for a drink and a phone; they can be cylindrical, slatted or a C shape that slides under a sofa. Consoles stand in an elevator lobby or on an entrance wall and carry a lamp or a vase, and a slim drawer keeps small items out of sight.
Heights follow the seating in the lobby: the coffee table stays below the sitter's knee and the side table at arm height. When the three types are made in one timber tone, coffee table, side table and console read as one family and the lobby holds together. Timber tone, stone and sizes are chosen at order.
We build these coffee tables, side tables and consoles in our own factory in Modoko, Istanbul. Before the series we build a full-size sample or a mock-up room, and timber tone and stone are only locked once you approve it. For export we quote FOB Istanbul, with CIF or DDP on request.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for lobby tables?
There is no fixed minimum for factory-made pieces; the quantity is stated per quote. One coffee table and a full lobby group are priced the same way.
Do stone tops stain with daily use?
We hone stone tops and seal them, so a glass or cup ring stays on the surface and wipes off with a damp cloth. Stone is still a natural material, so we recommend checking colour and veining on a sample before you choose.
Can the coffee table, side table and console be made in the same timber tone?
Yes. We make all three types in one timber tone and with the same stone, so they read as one family in the lobby. You choose the timber tone and the stone at order, and we set the sizes with you against the lobby plan.
Can you match table heights to our lobby seating?
Yes. We set the coffee table height against the seat height and the side table height against the arm height. Send the seating dimensions or the lobby plan and we write the heights into the quote.
Can we see a sample before production, and how do you ship abroad?
We build a full-size sample or a mock-up room before the series and start production after your approval. We quote FOB Istanbul, with CIF or DDP on request; details are given in writing with the quote.
