Kytoros Guest Room Table Set

Kytoros is a set of two round tables for a hotel room or suite: one wide and low, the other smaller and taller. Both have a light stone top surrounded by a timber rim. It takes its name from Kytoros, the ancient harbour at Gideros bay in Cide, Bartın. We make it in our factory in Istanbul. Each table stands on three slim tapered timber legs that blend into the rim with a soft transition. The stone sits slightly sunken inside the timber rim, which slows a glass or cup from sliding to the edge. Three legs sit steady even on uneven floors. Stone resists tea stains and wet-glass rings better than timber does. The pair can be used together or apart in a suite sitting corner, by the bed or in a lounge area. Timber tone and top stone are chosen at order. We set the diameter and height of both tables against the room plan.
