A vanity table is a necessity for anyone with a skincare routine, not just women. Correct lighting is critical, LED strips around the mirror should be 5000K daylight tone, otherwise color perception misleads. Drawer compartments should be sized for makeup items: lipstick slots, brush holders, palette drawers.

What lighting should a vanity table have?
LED strips around the mirror should be 5000K color temperature, this is daylight tone and shows skin color accurately. Warm light (3000K) looks cozy but distorts makeup colors. We distribute LEDs evenly on all 4 edges of the mirror to eliminate shadows under the chin. We add a dimmer feature, full brightness is unnecessary for nighttime routines.
