Anazarbos Round Restaurant Table

Anazarbos is a round dining table drawn for a group that gathers around one big table in a restaurant. The top is dark walnut-toned timber with an edge that thins towards the underside, and a veined dark brown stone disc sits at its centre. It takes its name from Anazarbos (Anavarza), the ancient city at Kozan in Adana. We make it in our factory in Istanbul. The top rests on four legs that splay slightly outwards and are tied together low down by a cross stretcher, which keeps the table steady when guests sit side by side. A round top has no corners, so service staff move freely around it and nobody gets pinned in. The stone disc marks the space where dishes are shared. It suits a hotel restaurant, a family-run dining room or a private dining space for larger groups. Timber tone, the central stone and the top diameter are chosen at order. We set the diameter against your floor plan.
