Sagalassos Dining Armchair

Sagalassos is a dining armchair with a blue velvet seat on a black lacquered solid wood frame whose back and armrests run in one continuous sweep. It takes its name from Sagalassos, the mountain city of Pisidia. The wide back rail sits like a horizontal band at shoulder height and descends into the armrests. Straight legs and side rails leave the frame's line unbroken, and the open back keeps the chair light from behind. The blue velvet is the single colour accent against the black frame; the upholstery colour is chosen at order.
