Notion is a low lounge chair: a round velvet back and seat carried on a slim brass-toned wire sled frame. It takes its name from Notion, the ancient harbour on the Aegean coast. The arms are wrapped in bolster cushions and the frame meets the floor like a sled, giving the piece a sculptural lightness. The example shown is midnight blue velvet; the fabric is chosen at order.
