How to Work With Us
- Brief. You send the project, drawings or FF&E schedule with quantities and target materials. We return a line-by-line proposal with lead-time plan and incoterm options.
- Design. Our studio develops concept and technical drawings, or works to yours. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the shop drawings, finish samples and fabric cuttings.
- Manufacture. Custom furniture and the loose furniture package are made in our own factory on an ISO 9001 certified line, with photo reports at agreed milestones.
- Export. We handle container loading, crating and export documentation in house, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
- Install. We deliver, install on site if you want us to, and plan staged deliveries backwards from your opening or handover date.

What is the typical lead time for a custom order?

A single piece or a single room takes about six weeks to produce. A whole home runs two to three months, and larger projects are scheduled individually. Shipping is added on top of that and depends on the destination. For fixed opening or handover dates we plan production backwards from the date and stage deliveries.
